Shipping Policy

When you place an online order with me at Ian Payne Woodturning, it will be sent to your door (I currently only accept UK orders).

To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all my shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. I use Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ for UK deliveries at a flat rate of £6/order.

If the item is out of stock or you have specified a particular wood species then the order may take a little longer than expected.

Returns Policy

I hope that you are happy with your purchase from me but understand if you need to return your item/s. I can offer a refund on items returned in an undamaged and unused condition within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for me to process your refund. Any item received in a non sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the goods to me safely wrapped in protected packaging.

 

Please bear in mind that wood is a natural product and I ensure that I maximise its potential. However, sometimes it unfortunately just doesn't turn out that way and hence I can't accept responsibility if you’re unhappy with the grain or other properties.
